The staff are incredible. As soon as you walk in they are there to help you find whatever it is you need. They always give great advice on how to tackle an issue or project and you can't beat the prices!

Everyone is helpful and they have a lot of the items I always seem to forget at the big box store. Their hardware and auto parts selection is excellent. Their prices on propane are very competitive and it has always been very easy to get my tanks filled. In fact, going there right now to get some items for my "day off" project. I go at least once a week and rarely leave without what I came for.
This store is the Best! The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was helping run a car show. We needed some Buckets to hand out with car gifts in them. I called all the Bigger store asking for donations and buckets with their Logo on them. They all sent me thru a bunch of red tape. I asked Washington and the owner gave us a bunch of Buckets and I was able to hand them out with Pataskala pride. Thank you for your Local support. Helpful folks. Being that they are small, selection is less and prices are higher. However, that is well worth the convenience.
