Sears and Craftsman are still great. Had an issue with my less than one year old Craftsman lawnmower, where the motor would overheat and/or not start. The Sears rep tried repairing it and when it could not be repaired a new lawnmower was offered. That is the Sears I grew up with and why they continue to get my business.
Great staff that really care about the job they do and trying to do anything they can to make the customers happy.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and eager staff. Large selection of products.
because her vacuum failed, which we offered her money back... but I quote, "I'm having a Superbowl party, and my carpet is dirty." true story , so I went and vacuumed for her
This store is hideous. I would NEVER recommend buying anything at this store. The owner and associates will lie to you and tell you they take care of you. They don't. I spent over $250 on a home item and it broke within 6 months. They make empty promises and don't follow through. It is extremely upsetting they hide behind the Sears name to get you in the door, take your money but when there is an issue, all that comes out is lies, lies, lies. Steer clear unless you want to feel taken advantage of. LOSERS!
