I have used Cruikshank's for all my plumbing needs over the past few years. This time I had some discolored water which I was worried meant I needed to replace my water softener. Deven came out, took a sample of water and was able to prove that my water softener was still working but with limited capacity. He recommended a product to clean the resin and tank and, after one regeneration, my water was crystal clear. There was NO charge from Cruikshank's. What great customer service!!

Have had them do a few jobs for me; main water line replacement, disposal, new water heater. All great jobs! Ask for Randy, he's one of their plumbers and he doesn't charge extra if you want to look over his shoulder. :)
