1st time tried to transfer my refill to them from the pharmacy in my previous home town the lady told me it was to small of order and told me they it was not worth them transferring it and I needed to go to the pharmacy that filled thw first on (an hr and a half away)
2nd time my monthly script I have taken for years but have side effects from 2 of 4 manufactures that I let them know in advance(did not want to go through that again) they told me "I get whatever manufacturer they get in and that's it" and they would not order it in advance to let me know if it was a manufacturer I could take.
The best part about the horrible service is I did find an amazing private owned pharmacy in Westerville that I now support.

3rd time and last time was a script that I received a voice mail stating it was filled. A couple hours later I go to the pharmacy to be told it's not filled and would be a couple hours!
This over a span of 3 different visits this has been my all time worse pharmacy experiences ever.
