Wanted to speak to a representative in person and saw they were open on Saturdays. Stopped in at 2pm and no was around. Very disappointed after a 20min drive.
Horrible company to work with. I would rather not have insurance than pay this company a cent. Pataskala branch in the car dealership is a joke. I had issues and there so called manager was rude and would not return phone calls. I highly recommend any different company. They are cheap so people choose them. I hope for all those people that you never need them. They will let you down.
